Masurf SP-535, SP-535A and Masurf SP-740 are functionalized anionic polymers designed to impart soil resistance, anti-soil redeposition, soil release and stain blocking properties to carpet and upholstery cleaner formulations. Utilizing Mason StayClean™ Technology, Masurf StayClean™ treated surfaces repel dry soil, and resist stains. Masurf StayClean™ Anti-Soiling Agents protect carpeting and upholstery with no dulling residue while effectively repelling soils to keep cleaned surfaces cleaner longer.
These products are well suited for use in Carpet Shampoos, Extraction Cleaners and Spotters as well as with Upholstery Shampoos and Steam Cleaners.
- Use Masurf SP-535, SP-535A to impart superior dry soil resistance with soil release.
- Use Masurf SP-740 for enhanced stain blocking performance.
Masurf SP-535 (sodium salt), SP-535A (ammonium salt) and Masurf SP-740 are Non-Flammable, and do not contain or release ozone depleting chlorofluorocarbons (CFC’s), alkylphenol ethoxylates (APE’s), and do not release formaldehyde. Masurf SP-Surface Protectors do not contain PFOS, and do not release or have been shown to degrade to perfluorooctane sulfonate (PFOS).

Macat AO-12 is an effective grease/oily soil lifting surfactant. Masurf SP-535A and SP-740 impart dry soil resistance and stain blocking to prevent re-soiling. Masurf FS-1520 is an exceptional wetting agent used at low concentration to improve the stain release and anti-resoil performance of this Ready-To-Use formulation.
|
When formulated into Carpet Care products, MASURF SP-535A imparts dry soil resistance and soil anti-redeposition properties, and MASURF SP-740 imparts effective stain blocking. MASURF FS-1520 is a “super wetting agent” that enhances cleaning performance, while adding an additional anti-resoiling effect. |
