Masoteric C-2 is a 50% active disodium coco imadozoline dicarboxylate surfactant in water. C-2 is a multi-functional amphoteric surfactant characterized by hydrolytic stability, pH stability, and performance in hard water.
With exceptional mildness and high flash foam, Masoteric C-2 is an ideal surfactant for use in non-irritating Baby and Hospital skin cleansing formulations, and specialty premoistened wipes. Compatible with anionic, non-ionic and most cationic systems, use C-2 as the primary cleansing ingredient, or in combination with alkyl ether sulfates for stable high foam with reduced irritation. Masoteric C-2 offers gentle cleansing performance in the presence of greasy cosmetics in Make-Up Removers and compatible with cationic polymer conditioning agents in Hair Conditioners.
