MACAT DOSS-70PG S is a 70% active di-2-ethylhexyl sodium sulfosuccinate in water and propylene glycol. DOSS-70PG S has broad FDA Status, and offers compatibility in a wide range of solvent systems for use as a versatile wetting, dispersing, emulsifying and detergent ingredient.

The exceptional quality of MACAT DOSS-70PG S allows for use in a wide range of markets and applications. DOSS-70PG S is permitted under 21 CFR 178.3400 of the Food Additives Regulations for use as an emulsifier and/or surface active agent in the manufacture of any non-food article intended for food-contact use. DOSS-70PG S is also permitted by 175.105 as a component in adhesive formulations, and by 176.18 as a component of paper and paperboard in contact with dry food. Use DOSS-70PG S as a wetting and dispersing agent in Personal Care, HI&I Cleaning Products, Mineral Ore Processing, and Building/Construction Materials.



DOSS-70PG S delivers relatively low surface tension compared with typical alkyl surfactants, as illustrated in the comparative data to the left (NP-9.5: Nonylphenol 9.5 mol ETO; C12AO: Lauryldimethyl amine oxide; DOSS: Macat DOSS-70PG S).
